Futuristic neon cityscape representing forward-thinking business strategy

Your business deserves a sharper strategy

We coach entrepreneurs and small business owners in Sherbrooke and across Quebec to increase profit, hire better, and stop running on fumes.

Who we are

Business coach reviewing strategy documents in a modern office

Strategic Biz Support started because too many business owners in the Estrie region were burning out while their revenue stayed flat. We saw the pattern: talented people working 60-hour weeks with no clear system for growth, no financial dashboard they actually understood, and hiring decisions made on gut feeling alone.

Our coaching practice is built around structured quarterly plans. Every client gets a 90-day roadmap with specific revenue targets, weekly check-in calls, and a shared scorecard we both review. We do not hand you a binder of theory and wish you luck.

Based in Sherbrooke, we work with clients in person and remotely across Canada. Most of our clients run businesses between $200K and $5M in annual revenue, from professional services firms to e-commerce brands and skilled trades companies.

What we offer

Coaching programs designed for owners who want measurable progress, not motivational speeches.

Revenue growth coaching

We analyze your pricing, sales funnel, and customer acquisition cost. Then we build a 90-day plan to increase gross margin. Typical clients see 15–30% revenue improvement within two quarters by fixing pricing alone.

Team and hiring strategy

Bad hires cost small businesses $15K–$40K each. We install a structured interview process, define role scorecards, and create onboarding checklists so your next hire sticks. This program runs over six weeks with ongoing support.

Operations and systems

If your business depends on you answering every question, it cannot scale. We document your core processes, set up project management workflows, and create standard operating procedures. Most clients free up 8–12 hours per week within the first month.

Accountability and execution

Weekly 30-minute calls where we review your scorecard, identify blockers, and adjust your plan. This is where the real work happens. You commit to specific actions each week, and we hold you to them. No fluff.

Financial clarity sessions

Many owners cannot tell you their break-even point or their cash conversion cycle. We build a simple financial dashboard in a spreadsheet you already own, review it together monthly, and teach you to read the numbers that actually matter for decisions.

Launch and pivot coaching

Starting something new or changing direction? We validate your idea with real market data, build a lean launch plan, and set milestones for the first 120 days. Two of our clients launched six-figure product lines using this framework last year.

How it works

Four steps from first conversation to measurable results.

Discovery call

A free 30-minute conversation where we learn about your business, your biggest frustrations, and what success looks like for you. No sales pitch. If we are not a fit, we will tell you.

Business diagnostic

We review your financials, operations, team structure, and marketing. This takes about a week. You get a written report with five to eight specific recommendations ranked by impact and effort.

90-day roadmap

Together we pick the top priorities and build a plan with weekly milestones. Each milestone has a clear owner, a deadline, and a measurable outcome. We track everything on a shared scorecard.

Ongoing coaching

Weekly calls, monthly financial reviews, and quarterly planning sessions. Most clients stay for 12 to 18 months. You can pause or stop at any time with 30 days notice.

Frequently asked questions

Our monthly coaching packages range from $800 to $2,500 depending on the frequency of calls and the scope of the diagnostic. We offer a free discovery call so you can understand exactly what is included before committing. There are no long-term contracts.

Both. About 30% of our clients are pre-revenue or in their first year. The rest have been operating for two years or more. The coaching approach differs: startups focus on validation and lean execution, while established businesses focus on scaling and systemizing.

Yes. We hold in-person sessions at our office on Rue Wellington Nord. We also meet clients at their location if that works better. Remote clients use video calls, and the experience is nearly identical since everything is tracked on shared documents.

We have coached owners in construction, dental practices, SaaS companies, retail, restaurants, and professional services. The frameworks we use apply across industries because the core problems are the same: cash flow management, hiring, delegation, and pricing.

Most clients notice operational improvements within the first month: fewer fires, clearer priorities, better use of their time. Financial results typically show up in the second or third month as pricing and sales changes take effect. We set specific targets so progress is never a guess.
